I have discovered Nokia now do this by 'Firmware Over The Air' (FOTA).
FOTA is good idea, as all phones are automatically updated. Most users probably don't have to know that they can do this, leave alone know how to actually do it.
However, manually updating my phone is proving to be more PITA than FOTA.
If you haven't manually updated your firmware for 2 years (like me) you now can't get the very latest version using Nokia Suite or Nokia Software Updater. The latest version available doesn't enable the phone for FOTA. Catch-22.
I think that I've nearly managed to find the necessary server profile settings to do this,

with a couple of exceptions.
Here's what I've got so far ...
Server name = Nokia
Server ID = Nokia
Server password = firmupservpass
Access point = [My wireless access point]
Host address = https://dms.update.nokia.com/dms/omadm
Port = 443
User name = nokiams
Password = nokiamspass
Allow configuration = Yes
Network authentication = No
But, when I try to go Back and save this, I get the message, 'Some settings are compulsory and must be defined. Server profile not saved. Exit anyway?'.
This seems to be because there is yet another setting which must be defined. If you set Network Authentication to Yes, two more settings appear, Network User Name and Network Password. It seems that Network User Name needs to be defined, even if Network Authentication is set to No, and it isn't displayed.
I now have ...
Network authentication = Yes
Network user name = Must be defined
Network password = ++++
So, I have just two questions. What's the Network User Name? What's the Network Password?

After downloading correct firmware above, you can flash this firmware on any Nokia X2-00 using your original USBs model in the Nokia Best program. Simply select the correct RM-Number for the phone.
7. Select your MCU, PPM1 and CNT1, boxes, simply click on each of them. And on each click, a window pops up, navigate to the folder where you save all the flash files or the specific flash files for the phone you wish to flash then; open the folder. The exact file for the box you have clicked would be displayed to you, simply double-click to select it.
8. Remember to check the Use Ini, Manual, DeadMode, boxes and remember to change the flash settings to Full Flashing or Manual as seen on the image above before you begin flashing.

9. Now, connect the phone you wish to flash to the PC using the compatible USB Cable or FLS device then; click on the Red FLASH icon
10. After few seconds, Nokia Best asks you to Connect the phone to the interface, simply remove the phone's battery and re-insert it then, press the phone's power button just once. Nokia best should now see the phone and the flashing process should now start fully.
If flashing doesn't start press ur phone power button for one second, BEST (Bb5 Easy Service Tool) will starts...if it doesn't close BEST, remove your phone battery and re insert, and do these steps again. Wait at least 10 minutes to complete the progress. flashing done message will appear, your phone flashed successfully and phone automatically restart,remove the USB cable and do factory reset.
