In my opinion, UPeen is the hardest school to get into out of the colleges you listed and I'm assuming that that you are worried about SAT sub scores but UPenn doesn't require SAT sub scores so you have an option to not send them. Especially when your GPA is very high, I don't see why you would need to send SAT sub scores. Other than that, I think the colleges you listed are either target or safety for you.
